This is Victor, Fager´s new Icelandic bit with a sweet iron mouthpiece, and signature black shanks, hooks, and chain.

Ergonomic and comfortable, Icelandic double jointed bit with lozenge centerpiece.

Fager’s lozenge is an ideal size and shape for effectiveness and comfort.

The shape of the mouthpiece combined with its horizontal position eliminates the nutcracker action, reducing pinching, with no palate interference. It breaks to the outside of the tongue, and softens excessive pressure to the center of the tongue and presents a more consistent feel across the mouth.

Side-ring tubes are shaped to prevent pinching of the horse, and improving the rider’s signals. The chain can be detached on both sides and divides the pressure between poll, jaw, and mouth.
