Our Trial Saddle is the Bua Original Package (Narrow Twist) in two tone Brown/Black, with Dressage or Jumping Flaps.

We do not charge a fee for the trial period, only the shipping to you. Alternatively you can arrange for pick up from us in Mississauga.

We require a deposit amount of $200.00 CAD for the trial. This is paid upfront with shipping and will be returned when the saddle is.

Our Saddle Trials are shipped with Courier. We apologize that we cannot ship saddle trials to customers with PO Boxes.

Trials are for a duration of 10 days. The Trial starts the day you receive the saddle, and is completed the day you ship it back to us – the date the package is accepted by Canada Post or a courier company.

A late fee for the Saddle shipped back after the last day of the Trial period will be charged at a rate of $35 per day. If the Saddle has not been returned 5 days from the end of the Trial period, the Saddle has now been purchased and is not eligible for a refund.

If the Saddle is damaged or is lost on its way back to Eaglewood, the customer is responsible for the full retail amount.
